People often ask me if I play Celtic music. I wouldn't know. I only know that I, just like any other bretonian artist, grew up in a rich and vibrant culture. The music I compose is an extension of this. With an additional personal touch.
And it is because everyone adds a bit of themselves that this tradition has remained so strong, because music lives and evolves with people. In Brittany we understand this very well. It is enough to listen and look around us to discover a burst of creativity, which opens the doors to a wide range of artistic forms
After that, if the wind blows in the right direction to bring our message beyond the borders, so much the better. The most important thing for an artist is to follow his or her path.
